Is no one taught not to automatically trust thoughts (or emotions) anymore? It was a given when I was growing up in the '70s.

Thanks for the reminder, I have issues and my life is not always ordered well. I use to be a cliff jumper, that urge was real when hiking out in the back country along with other twisted urges. Resistance is not futile, the devil will flee. And thanks for your book it’s good to be a man very helpful for this old guy. Taking responsibility as a man is challenging especially when it comes to the nitty gritty and not making excuses for all the different aspects of being a man. Shalom brother
