I’m getting rid of paid subscriptions.
The main reason is simple: I’m happy to give this all away free of charge.
There are some other reasons:
One of the key issues with "Big Eva" is its love of money. If we are to reform the American church, we must address its idols. Paul, as seen in 2 Corinthians 11, refused to accept money if he believed it would hinder his ministry work. While I don't think monetizing social media is inherently wrong, it doesn't align with my goals.
Money, rightly, comes with strings attached. I prefer to maintain my independence as much as possible. Between my church and day job, my family is well taken care of. That's enough strings for me.
Lastly, I'm a pastor and a preacher. My goal is to reach as many people as I can without compromising my priorities and integrity. It’s all on the house, my friends.
I’ll be issuing prorated refunds over the next few days. Thank you for your kindness!
May God bless you in many new ways for honoring what He has put on your heart.
We all have our own journey and the financial one is tricky to navigate for sure. Personally I have been so encouraged by your teachings I saw the paid subscription as an opportunity to bless you back in a small way. My prayer from Australia is God blesses you and your family even more greatly.
