What are some of the things you’ve done to help create this culture?

I’m a second generation “two percenter” I am hoping my daughter (and subsequent children) becomes one so I can be a grandma by the time I’m 45 like my parents!

I love that so much!! I talk to my mom about how she is having so much more fun than me right now. My daughter ADORES her and she isn’t up in the middle of the night with a baby or having to take a toddler to the grocery store! I can’t WAIT to be a grandma. Miles to go before I sleep haha

Not a two-percenter, personally (married at 25, homeowner at 29, first child at 29), but I'd love for my sons to be. I'd also like to know how many couples are able to accomplish all three while remaining in their home-town. All my siblings and I had to relocate for opportunities... Most of the couples we meet our age in our current city are also transplants.

If the church starts teaching Biblical finances and the blessings and curses of the Lord in Deuteronomy to the young men (20+) and if they grasp what covenant theology is, this will become the norm. Every ruler in Israel had to write his own copy of the Law of Moses and read from it everyday! Just imagine! One Law (not one language🤭) for Israel and for the foreigner, for every nation, tribe and tongue! House and things are from the fathers, but a wise and prudent wife is from the Lord-find such a wife before you embark on the adventure of building a life together!

I'm not sure I believe 20%+ of the population attains homeownership by 25
