Totally agree about the importance of investing in the folks with leadership potential, who probably don't need help that much, and not spending all your time on those constantly having a crisis and demanding it. I've heard other pastors say similar things. One required anyone wanting to talk to him to spend an hour outside his office, just reading the Bible!
